What to Expect
You're Getting Married!
First things first: The Wedding Ceremony
I understand how exciting and perhaps a little overwhelming planning a wedding can be. You can expect a personalised, experienced, and fresh approach to creating your wedding ceremony from our very first meeting.
First MeetingWhen we first meet in person, we will discuss your ceremony – from who is participating, to the style, to your vows. Your ceremony will be uniquely yours. I can offer as much or as little guidance as you need on everything from beautiful poems and wedding rituals, to how to involve your loved ones in the ceremony. Welcome PacketUpon booking, you will receive my Welcome Packet containing all the information necessary to get your wedding ceremony planning underway. From booking forms, ceremony ideas, and vows samples, to the necessary legal requirements. You will also receive Suggestions & Helpful Hints that you might like to consider in your wedding ceremony design. The CeremonyFrom our discussions I will design and write your customised ceremony. You and your guests will receive a printed Order of Service Pamphlet at the ceremony. Ceremony duration: up to 1 hour. The PaperworkI will collate and submit all your paperwork and legal documents. Ceremony Rehearsal1-2 weeks prior to the Ceremony you, your wedding party, and myself will attend a run through rehearsal. |
On the DayI will be there early, ready to set up, check over the details, and greet and direct your guests to the Ceremony. I supply my own PA system and wireless microphones. I also have iPod and USB connection for your music. So rest assured that all of your guests will be able to hear the ceremony, whatever the location. Clear perspex signing table, chairs, and lectern are also available. After your CeremonyI will discreetly pack up and leave you to the celebrating! Your Legal formsYour legal forms will be sent off via registered mail immediately after your wedding, and I will post your Marriage Certificate afterwards. As a Justice of the Peace, I also include an authorised copy of your Marriage Certificate for you, and a keepsake copy of your ceremony and vows.
